CTC Retail is an extension of Consolidated Traffic Controls, Inc. designed to make the purchase of common traffic equipment easier for the customer. We are working with the web company SquareSpace and online payment company Stripe to create this online store. There may be times when e-mail communication or web URLs take on the SquareSpace or Stripe name. If at any time you are confused or concerned, you may contact us directly.

The products listed on CTC Retail are some of the more common products CTC sells, but do not represent our entire sales catalog. Most products on CTC Retail have been generalized to work for a wide range of customers, but still allow for some customization. Pricing & Payment

The prices associated with these products are calculated to cover the differences in customer preferences, locations, and the fees that go along with selling online. Payment for CTC Retail products is made using a credit card via the third-party company, Stripe. Stripe accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Apple Pay.

Payments are processed immediately upon check out.

Inventory, Lead Times, & Shipping

Due to the ever-changing nature of our industry, our company, and the products we represent, the inventory numbers listed on CTC Retail may not match what we currently have in-stock. If you'd like to know for sure if CTC has a product in stock ahead of time, please contact us directly at 800.448.8841.

We will ship products out as fast as is commercially reasonable. Please assume a 30-day lead time on all products purchased from CTC Retail. If a product will take longer than 30 days to ship, we will contact you.

Shipping Costs are based on product weight, size, and final location and are determined by our shipping carriers. CTC will contact you with a tracking number and expected delivery date as soon as it is known.

Warranties, Repairs, & Refunds

Most products listed on CTC Retail carry manufacturers warranties. Please contact CTC directly for all warranty information and RMAs.

Repairs can be requested over the phone, e-mail or directly on our website.

CTC Retail provides refunds on products sold via this website with the following conditions:
- - - Products that have been purchased, but haven’t shipped from CTC qualify for a full refund, minus a small restocking fee.
- - - Products that have been shipped within 30 days still qualify for a full refund, minus a small restocking fee, assuming the products are unused and undamaged. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- - - Products no longer qualify for a refund 30 days after the shipment date.

Please inspect all purchases within 3 days of receiving.
